INSTRUCTORS: Philip Mantione with Martin Back, Program Assistant LOCATION: Moving Image Lab DATES: Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 8-24 TIME: 1-5PM COST: $220 members/$240 non-members This workshop will introduce the capabilities of Max/MSP focusing on MIDI and audio processing. Realtime processing, automation and interactivity will be explored. Attendees will learn the basics of programming in Max/MSP and develop the basic skills to create their own virtual instruments, interfaces and applications specifically tailored to their own needs. Course Requirements: - Computer literacy - Mac Laptop with OS 10.4 or higher - Max/MSP software (30 day trial demo available at http://www.cycling74.com - External mouse INSTRUCTOR BIO: Philip Mantioneas music has been described as lausterely impressive?
