Live Auction Absentee Bid Form Instructions

Absentee bids are to be executed by the Auctioneer, not exceeding the amount or amounts specified on the bid form. Each bid is PER LOT, as indicated, and all bids will be executed and are subject to the Conditions of Sale on this site and printed in the CCA Sixth Annual Photography Auction catalog. Please note that tax, if applicable, must be collected on successful purchases.

To allow time for processing, bids must be faxed to Cyndi Conn on 505.982.9854 and received by Thursday, July 5, 2007, at 5pm. CCA will confirm all bids by return fax. If you have not received our confirmation within one business day, please resubmit your bid via fax or contact Cyndi Conn on 505.982.1338 ext. 14 or via email at cyndi@ccasantafe.org.
