Mindful Breathing and Meditation with Chelsea Call

CCA will host a 45-minute meditation and breath workshop amongst Jill O'Bryan's installation Mapping Resonance with instructor Chelsea Call. Together in this contemplative space we will explore different pranayama practices, such as the Tonglen breathing technique, which O'Bryan refers to when creating her breath drawings. Mindful breath workhas many benefits such as increased oxygen levels in the body, increased energy, and greater emotional well-being. Leading this workshop is Chelsea Call, an experienced meditator and yoga teacher at Santa Fe Thrive.
